Mátyás király a győri káptalanhoz. Miután Orbán pécsi prépost királyi kincstartó érdemei fejében a pozsonymegyei Chepen és Thewklechen birtokokat, amelyek Gergetheg-i Lőrinc magtalan halála folytán reáháramlottak, a királyi joggal együtt Orbán prépostnak és testvérének: Balázsnak és Jánosnak adományozta, Amod-i Lénárt, Wyfalw-i Konde Jakab, Gwthakarcha-i Ágoston, Aban-i Posa Balázs, Nyek-i Miklós fia Domokos királyi emberek valamelyike vezesse be őket a fenti birtokrészek birtokába.
