IV. p. quind. purif. Marie. A szekszárdi konvent jelenti I. Lajos királynak, hogy Olug-i Demeter fia Kozma ügyeiben való közreműködésre szóló, egy éves időtartamra érvényes parancslevelének értelmében kiküldte hiteles emberét, Miklós mestert, a konvent jegyzőjét, akinek jelenlétében Kethew-i Imre királyi ember határjárást tartott Hench fia János fia Miklós mester (akit procuratora, Baan-i Benche fia Miklós képviselt) Fejér megyei, Wayta nevű birtokának területén, és beiktatta abba Olug-i Demeter fia Kozmát.
