A garamszentbenedeki konvent bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádornak a kancellárja: Antal mester és ura nevében bemutatta előtte Mátyás királynak a Sewl birtokról szóló adományozó okelvelét, kérve, hogy azt a nádor számára, jogainak a védelmére írják át privilegialis formában szóról-szóra. A konvent a kérést mindenben teljesítette. - Méltóságsor: Venerabili et religiosis fratrubus domino Johanne abbate, domino et prelato nostro, altero Johanne priore eodemque custode, Michaele cantore, ceterisque fratribus. - Függő pecsétje hiányzik. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
