Mátyás király bizonyítja, hogy a Bánffy család név szerint felsorolt tagjai a királyi perszonális prézencia előtt az Arad megyei Solymos s a Trencsén megyei Bolondoch várakra és azok név szerint felsorolt sok tartozékaira vonatkozólag örökösödési egyezséget kötöttek, amely szerint a két fél közül az esetleg magtalanul elhaló fél birtokait a másik fél örökli.
