A váradi káptalan jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy Bátori István országbíró 1476 december 16.-i parancsára a király anyját: Erzsébetet zálog jog címén be akarták vezetni Bezermen oppidum és a mandátumban felsorolt tartozékai birtokába, annak a Rozgonyi család név szerint felsorolt tagjai ellentmondottak, amiért őket a királyi prézencia elé Vízkereszt nyolcadára /jan. 13./ perbe idézték. Papír - Néhány sorában az írás kimosódott. Zárópecsét helye. VÁRADI KÁPTALAN
