A leleszi konvent előtt Chepe-i Ákos Márton és Miklós, Chepe-i Zolthan Tamás fia János és Fábián fiai Máté és János valamint ezek fiai és testvéreik, Ezthegew, Bathaarkewzy, Zenamezew terra-ikat (Ugocsa m) amelyek Chepe, másnéven Theleky és Ardo possessiók között terülnek el eladták Peren-i János fia Jánosnak és fiainak 50 márkáért. - Helynevek: fluvium Bathar, Ezthegew, Fekethewyz, Thekeres possessió Hetheny, locus Sarasrew. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Oborni) LELESZI KONVENT
