Az esztergomi káptalan előtt Bod-i László nemes nyugtatta Lévai Cseh Jánost és feleségét: Hedvig asszonyt, valamint összes, az elfogásban résztvevő familiárisait Nana vár várnagyának általuk történt elfogása tárgyában, mivel ennek az okozott károkért Cseh János és felesége eleget tettek. - Csona szöveg utolsó sorában 1-2 szó hiány - Papír - Hátlapján rány.p.helye - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
