Ország Mihály bizonyítja, hogy előtte a nyitrai káptalan egy részről és a Kistapolcsányi család név szerint felsorolt tagjai más részről a közöttük lévő összes ügyekben az ítélethozatalt rábízták az általuk egyenlő számban választott 8 fogott bíró ítéletére, akik ítéletüket Szent Márton nyolcadán (nov.18.) hozzák meg Thazar possessióban. - Hátlapján rány.p.h. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
