Trencsén megye jelenti Bátori István országbírónak, hogy 1476 márc.27-i peticiójára a megyében megtartott tanuvallatás alkalmával a jelentésben név szerint foglalt tanukat, mint szomszédokat hallgatták ki. Vallomásaik szerint a mandátumban szereplő 3 possessió örökös ura Prielessy-i Miklós, Dorottya asszony azonban, nem tudni minő indokkal a birtokokat elfoglalta, bírja, ”maritus ipsius fuit jobagio, nunc autem nulla via iuris in predicto dominio sedit.” - 3 zárópecsét töred. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
