Bátori István országbíró a győri káptalannak. Elrendeli a tanuvallatást a csornai konvent panasza tárgyában, amely szerint Harazth-i Thapan Kelemen, akkor nádori protonotárius és testvére Lőrinc ad simplicem querimonian eorundem kaptak a királyi kuriában a budai káptalannak szóló statuciós parancsot és a királyi ember és a káptalan kiküldöttje furtive et occulte megjelentek a panaszos Sopron megyei Hewey possessiójában és annak birtokába a szomszédok összehivását is mellőzvén fraudulenter Thapan Kelement és testvérét statuálták.
