A kapornoki konvent előtt Kysbuda-i Kis Lőrinc, a testvérei: Bálint és András terhét is magára vállalva a Hegh-i Alch Miklós fia Péternek a zalamegyei Hegh birtokon lévő, neki ezen Péter osztályos atyafia: Hegh-i Miklós fia Péter által 6 aranyforintban elzálogosított részét továbbadja zálogba azon 6 forintban Akoshaza-i Sarkan Bertalannak és Benedeknek oly feltétellel, hogy azt Hegh-i Péter bármikor visszaválthatja.
