Zond-i Mihály fia Kelemen Maad-i plébános császári közjegyző előtt Zombor-i Zvhay (Zwhay) Benedek a saját házában vallja, hogy Zombor területén a Hwzywnimigh nevű szőlőhegyen és másutt különböző szőlőket vett és bemutatta 1466-ban, 1474 okt.30-án, 1474 nov. 13-án, két darab 1474. évi napikelet nélküli, 1474 nov.14-én kelt bejegyzéseit, majd Zombor-i János deák özvegye Erzsébet vallotta, hogy Zwhay Benedek a Zombor-i Madaraz Benedek fél szőlőjét illetőleg őt kielégített. - Tanuk: Albert Zombor-i, Gál Keresthwr-i káplán, Jekelffalwssy-i Fyas István nemes, Ágoston Zombor-i iskolamester, Biró Balázs és Laytos Szaniszló. - Alján közjegyzői jegy - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta KÖZJEGYZŐ
