A pozsonyi káptalan előtt Tirnauia-i Modrar András, az anyja: Nagyda-i Modrar Pál özvegye: Anna, saját gyermekei és rokonai terhét is magára vgállalva vallja, hogy az anyjától, Annától, gyeremekeitől és rokonaitól kapott felhatalmazás alapján Kassa városnak eredetiben bemutatott oklevele értelmében a Nagyszombat város határain belül a pozsonymegyei Parna folyón lévő kőmalmpt eladja Byb-i György Sempthe-i vár várnagynak 400 magyar aranyforintért.
