35. oct. Georgii. NRA. 1601. 28. Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor, Hethes-i Pethe /dictus/ Balázs kérésére átírja Scepws-i Jakab, a király városainak bírája 1378. május 23-i ítéletlevelét és a Zalai káptalan 1378. július 10-i privilégiumát, amelyeket a Hethes-i Balázzsal szemben megidézett Hethes-i András fia György litteratus mutatott be Balázs kérésére, mivel ezen oklevelek Hethes possessio-ban bírt közös birtokjogaikat érintik.
