Mátyás király csapatkapitányához: Magyar Balázshoz Zenthersebeth-i Vorster Gierig kérésére, minthogy Chapi-i András leányát eljegyezte és ezen Chapi-i András birtokai mindkét ágat illetik, Chapi mezővárost és a Kanysa-i Lászlótól zálogban bírt Saag és Kyszenthpal birtokokat visszaadja neki. Meghagyja, hogy Chapi mezővárost és a zálogos birtokokat adja át neki. - Saját kezű aláírás - A szöveg alatt pecsét töredékével. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
