A nyitrai káptalan bizonytja, hogy előtte Gymes-i Forgacz János fia: Felicius a saját részét a Nyitra megyei Zelchen possessioban, mely birtokot még Zsigmond király zálogosított el Gymes-i Forgach Jánosnak és más Forgacz nemeseknek, visszaadta Zelchen-i másként Hrwsso-i Pálnak, miután ez neki a 220 és fél forint zálogösszeget megfizette. - Átírva a turóci konvent 1469 okt.19-i kiadányában. Átírva még Báthori István nádor 1519 okt.30-i kiadványában, melynek jelzete DL 24525. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila). NYITRAI KÁPTALAN
