Gwth-i Orzagh Mihály nádor előtt Lewa-i Chehe Péter fia László a hontmegyei Perewchen nevű birtokon lévő részét zálogba adja Lewa-i Márton mesternek az esztergomi Szent Adalbert-oltár igazgatója pozsonyi kanonoknak 150 magyar aranyforintért és kötelezi magát, hogy őt annak birtokában mindenki ellen saját fáradtságával és költségén megoltalmazza, ellenkező esetben köteles hasonló nagyságú és értékű birtokot átadni zálogba. - Hátlapján pecsét töredékével. - kelt: in opido nostro Lewa ORSZÁG MIHÁLY NÁDOR
