Mátyás király Peczel-i Benedek érdemei fejében a királyi joggal együtt neki adományozza pestmegyei Zenthlazlo és Bewldre prediumokban lévő azon részeket, melyek Pakon-i Jakab fia Swrdel György birtokai voltak, de azok, miinthogy ezen György vérrokonát: Harthyan-i Zsigmond fia Pétert megölte, a koronára szállottak.
