Mellethe-i Barocz Gergely és Perbeshaza-i György Gömör megye alispánjai és a szolgabírák Mátyás királyhoz. Pálóci László országbíró 1468 ápr. 4-én kelt parancsára Kysfalwd-i Kwsa Gáspár szolgabíró által a megyében vizsgálatot tartottak, mely igazolta, hogy Feled-i Leusták és társai mindent úgy követtek el, mintahogy az országbíró parancsa tartalmazza. Eredeti, papíron. Zárlatán öt gyűrűspecsét nyomával. GÖMÖR MEGYE
