Mátyás király János és Zsigmond comites de Bozin /Bozyn/ et de Sancto Georgio érdemei fejében, főleg mivel amikor a cseh- és morvaországi katholikusok védelmét magára vállalta, jó szolgálatokat tettek, nekik adja a birtokukban lévő pozsony megyei Sempcz és Chekles mezővárosokban rejlő királyi jogot. Eredeti, hártyán és papíron, két példányban. Függőpecséttel, illetve alján papirral fedett pecsét töredékével. Commissio propria domini regis, illetve: Commissio domini regis. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
