Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy a kiküldött hites személyek előtt Mátyás király 5 egész telkét a Borsod megyei Mezo Keresztes oppidumban annak felső részén, a város két malmát, egyet Nagy Mihály possessio határánál, egyet pedig a városon alul az Agyagos-ban és végül az educillumot és macellumot a diósgyőri várhoz tartozó és most a megyebeli Csaba-n lakozó Gállyás Jánosnak, Imrének, Péternek és Vincének, jobbágyoknak /providis/ átengedte két ezer arany márkáért.
