Palocz-i László országbíró Papi-i Weres János fia Pált, Papi-i Miklós fia Jánost és Kerch-i Miklóst, minthogy Fyged-i Horwathy Péter fia Sebestyén, és az által az egri káptalan ügyvédvalló levelével képviselt Fyged-i Péter fia ellenében, minthogy a Papy-i Miklósnak az abaujvármegyei Papy birtokrész felének beiktatássakor tett ellenmondásuk miatt megidézve nem jelentek meg, a szokott bírságban elmarasztalja.
