Az esztergomi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Labathlan-i Gergely és bemutatta előtte a budai káptalan patens oklevelét, kérve, hogy nagyobb biztonság kedvéért írja azt át részére szóról-szóra. A káptalan a kérésnek helyt adva a budai káptalan említett oklevelét minden változtatás nélkül szóról-szóra átírta, és patens levél formájában Gergelynek kiadta. Másolat. ESZTERGOMI KÁPTALAN
