Mátyás király Rozgon-i Rénoldnak megengedi, hogy a Varano-ban ujonnan épített, erődítménnyel ellátott házát más erődítmények módjára örökre bírhassa oly feltétellel azonban, hogy onnan neki, az ország lakóinak nem fog kárt okozni.
