Mivel Palocz-i Imre királyi lovászmester és testvére: István panaszt tettek, hogy a borsodmegyei Dedews nevü váruk és tartozékai határát háborgatják, elrendeli, hogy azok Dedews nevü várát és tartozékait tartozik régi határai között oltalmazni és ne merje abban őket háborgatni. A vár és tartozékai határa kelet felől: Arachapathaka határjel, claustrum sancti spiritus, Jauorkwth, Kysmezew, Naghmezewzeg, Kewkapw határjelek. Eredeti, hártyán. Függőpecsét töredékével.
