A szepesi káptalan Mátyás királyhoz. 1471. szept. 14-én kelt parancsára Olzawicza-i János királyi ember Grebisch János kanonok káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Lapazpatack-i Zsigmond fia Miklóst, Segnye-i Jánost Bogdan birtokon, Budamir-i Gergelyt Liczert birtokon lévő részén megidézte Brezewicze-i István, Felesége: Anna és a többiek ellen Szent Mihály nyolcadára.
