A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Mátyás király 1471. máj. 18-án kelt parancsára Homczlyfalwa-i parvus Miklós királyi ember Nyarhyd-i Lőrinc diaconus a káptalani Szent Osvát oltár igazgatója káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Andrást bevezette Zablathya birtokon egy kuriatelek birtokába. - Szomszédok: Zablathya-i Swthafya (dictus) Márton, Zablathya-i János, Zmard-i György, János és Miklós, Honczlykfalwa-i Gergely fia György, Péter, Mihály, Bobronyk-i Miklós. - Függőpecséttel.
