Az aradi káptalan előtt Gwth-i Orzag Sebestyén Kowazy nevű birtoka népességét növelni akarván Gyarak falu melletti Macra nevű hegyenlévő szőlőt, amelyet Antal frater Byzere-i apáttól perelt el, Kowazy-i Mark fia Mihály jobbágynak és vejének: Myklossy Demeternek adja örökre oly feltétellel, hogy ezek tőle sohasem költöznek el, hanem úgy ők, mint utódaik mindig Kowazy birtokon maradnak mint örökös jobbágyok, ellenkező esetben 200 forint bánatpénzt fizetnek. - Hátlapon pecsét töredékével.
