A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Mátyás király 1471 jan.9-én kelt parancsára Menyhértet és Jeromost adomány címmén bevezették Zamard-i András királyi ember Baan-i István mester kanonok káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Orozlankewy vár és Tepla birtok birtokába. - Szomszédok: János Zalka-i apát, Gáspár trencséni főesperes, Zlawnicza-i Sandrinus, Borczycz-i Ferenc, Wyzolay-i Miklós, Mssene-i Baraczkay Bertalan, Kochan-i Miklós és László. - Függőpecséttel NYITRAI KÁPTALAN
