A szepesi káptalan Mátyás királyhoz. 1471 márc.12-én kelt parancsára Olsawicze-i János királyi ember Monstreberg-i János kanonok káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Sáros megyében vizsgálatot tartott, mely a Budamir-i Gergely és felesége: Katalin által elkövetett hatalmaskodást mindenben igazolta, és azokat Lyczerth nevű birtokukon megidézte Brezewicze-i István és felesége: Anna ellen Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.) meghagyva nekik nemtelen familiárisaik és jobbágyaik előállítást. - Zárlatán pecsét töredékével.
