A győri káptalan előtt Pok-i Tamás fiai: Simon és Márton, ezen Márton és gyermekei: Péter, Zsófia és Katalin terhét is magára vállalva a győrmegyei Homorod birtokon lévő részüket zálogba adják Pok-i Petew fia Ferencnek 35 magyar aranyforintért és kötelezik magukat, hogy őt annak birtokában mindenki ellen saját fáradtságukkal és költségükön megoltalmazzák. - Hátlapján pecsét töredékével.
