A zalai konvent előtt Ohyd-i István fia Máté, a testvérei: Gergely és Klára, továbbá Karmacz-i Bor Miklós leánya Dorottya nevében is a zalamegyei Eghazaskarmacz birtokon lévő egy sessiojukat zálogba adja Lynczyn-i Benedeknek 2 magyar arany forintért oly feltétellel, hogy azt a zálogösszeg ellenében bármikor visszaválthatja. - Hátlapján pecsét nyoma. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
