Mátyás király figyelemmel Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor kiváló érdemeire, a pilismegyei Thorbag birtokot, amelyben a nádor már régtől fogva tulajdonos, és a birtokba lévő minden királyi jogot, a birtok összes tartozékaival a nevezett Mihály nádornak és általa János, Gáspár, László és Mihály nevű fiainak adományozta új királyi adomány címén. - A szöveg élén jobb felől: Commissio propria domini regis. - A szöveg alatt töredezett pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
