Demeter Fforro-i plébános és alesperes bizonyítja, hogy midőn a Máthé Ffanchal-i plébános útján történt idézés alapján júl. 28-án meg kellett volna előtte jelenniök egyrészt Papy-i Bosay Balázs feleségének: Cristinának, mint actrixnak, másrészt Papy-i Kelemennek és testvérének: Simonnak, mint alperesnek, Cristina mint actrix nem jelent meg, azért a két nemessel szemben hat-hat márka bírságban marasztalta el őt. - Zárópecsét töredékével. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
