A budai káptalan Mátyás királyhoz. 1466 júl.7-én kelt, parancsára Byky-i László királyi ember Zeer-i János karpap káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében megidézte Beken-i Pétert, Pált és Istvánt Sayonempthy birtokon a felperesek ellen Szent Jakab nyolcadára (aug.1.) személyes jelenléte elé az új ítélet meghallgatása végett. - Zárlatán pecsét töredékével.
