Gwth-i Orzagh Mihály nádor a korábban Watha-i Imre, majd Lwdan-i Tamás özvegye Magdolna, majd ennek halála után a nádori ügyvédvalló levéllel Thersek Pál által képviselt leánya: Veronika, mint felperes, valamint a leleszi konvent ügyvédvalló levelével Pazon-i Bereck által képviselt Olnod-i Zwdar Simon fia Jakab között a Hedrewara-i Lőrinc nádor idéző parancsában és a budai káptalan jelentésében foglalt ügy miatt folyó, általa elhalasztott per tárgyalását, amikor az alperes 6 márka birságot is tartozott volna megfizetni, alperes ügyvédje kérésére Szent György nyolcadára (máj.1.) halasztja. - Zárlatán pecsét nyomával.
