Mátyás király figyelembe véve Gwth-i Orzag Mihály nádor érdemeit neki és általa fiainak: Jánosnak, Gáspárnak és Lászlónak, továbbá a néhai Orzag János fiainak: Sebestyénnek, Lőrincnek és Jánosnak adományozza örök tulajdonként a piilismegyei Thorbagh birtokot, amely egykor Lazar szerb despotáé volt, de annak magvaszakadása folytán a szent koronára szállt.
