A váci káptalan bizonyítja, hogy midőn Mátyás király ítéletlevele értelmében Lewa-i Cheh Lászlónak az esztergomi káptalannal szemben az ítéletlevélben foglaltak miatt máj. 1-én 50-ed magával a káptalan előtt esküt kellett tennie, ezt a jelzett napon le is tette. Eredeti, papir. Hátlapján pecsét töredékeivel. VÁCI KÁPTALAN
