Az erdélyi káptalan előtt Barcha-i Tamás a testvére: Barcha-i János nevében is a nekik Somkerek-i Erdeli István által 50 aranyforintban elzálogosított hunyadmegyei Benczencz birtokon lévő részt visszabocsájtják Vingarth-i Jánosnak, akit az vétel és rokonság révén megillet és nyugtatják az 50 aranyforint megfizetéséről.
