Borbála királyné György, ”a mons Garygh”-i pálos kolostor priorjának kérésére átírja s megerősíti a Dl. 35.340-t, (L. 77. sz. a.), az abban foglalt adományozáshoz királynéi consensus-át adja s a birtokot, ”in quantum dicta particula terre cum suis utilitatibus nostre spectare dinoscitur collacioni, de nostris manibus reginalibus noveque nostre donacionis titulo” a kolostornak adja. - A szöveg felett: Commissio propria domine regine.” Hártyán, nyílt alakban, a szöveg alatt papírfelzetes pecséttel.
