A nyitrai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult Ffelsewelefanth-i Márton és bejelentette, hogy a nyitramegyei Podlusan birtokban lévő birtokrészét és az ugyanott lévő malomrészét, 25 magyar arany forintért elzálogosította Kisapon-i Chwklaaz ”dictus” Istvánnak. Megígérte a birtok megvédését. - Hátán pecsét nyomai. NYITRAI KÁPTALAN
