(Garig. fasc. 5. nr. 40.) A csázmai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Cillei Hermannak, Szlavónia bánjának 1428 május 25-én Kőrösön kelt parancsára a ”mons Garygh”-i pálosokat ellenmondás nélkül beiktatta a Palachna faluban levő azon jobbágytelek birtokába, amely őket zálogjogon illeti meg. - Báni emberek: Borsouch-i Loránd fia György, Zrednamelleky-i Gergely fia Lőrinc és István fia György; a káptalan megbízottja: András presbiter.
