Zantho-i Lachk Dávid, Szlavónia bánja a ”mons Garigh”-i pálosoknak Pekur-i Miklós fia Pál felesége, Klára elleni perét elhalasztja a felek akaratából mindszentek oktávája utáni hétfőre. - A felperesek képviselője: István szerzetes, az alperesé: Walkay-i László fia Miklós.
