A zágrábi káptalan előtt Lőrinc vicarius és István subprior a promontorium Zagrabiense-i pálosok nevében, továbbá Miklós diák megegyeznek oly módon, hogy a pálosok lemondanak Banfelde-ről, viszont megkapják Miklóstól a szőlő mellett levő szántóföldet; az egymás ellen folytatott perben kiállított okleveleket pedig kölcsönösen semmisnek nyilvánítják.
