Achilles mester, Potok-i plébános bizonyítja, hogy a Ronua folyón túli tizedekből elődei szokása szerint a Szent Egyed egyháznak ezentúl is meg kívánja adni az évi 70 kepét, háromféle gabonában, ugyanis búzában, rozsban és árpában. - Hártyán, hártyaszalagon függő pecsét töredékével. - MOL, (AP Ujhely) - Átírva a leleszi konvent 1412. augusztus 29-én kelt oklevelében: DL 8786 (AP Ujhely f.4 n.13) Kiadása: A.
