(Garig. fasc. 6. nr. 11.) A zágrábi káptalan előtt Fábián pálosszerzetes az ”in monte castri Garygh” levő kolostor nevében tiltakozik, hogy Monozlo-i Chupor Demeter püspök s testvére, György, Chupor Ákos özvegye Mária s fia Miklós, Chupor Gáspár özvegye Anna s fiai: István, György, elfoglalták a Kozoucz faluhoz tartozó ”certam quantitatem terre usualis Kynefeld vocate”, amelyet Chupor György s a többi Kozowcz-i nemes adományozott a kolostornak. - Papíron, nyílt alakban, hátlapján ovális viaszpecsét nyomával. - Regeszta forrása: Publikált regeszta (Mályusz Elemér): LK 12 (1934) 124-125/336.
