A fehérvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előtte Benedek keresztes testvér, a Szent István tiszteletére épült fehérvári egyház szerzetese és bemutatta előtte IV. Béla királynak 1239 jun. 11-én kelt privilegiális oklevelét, kérve, hogy azt a nevezett egyház számára szóról-szóra írja át. A káptalan Benedek testvér kérését teljesítette és az oklevelet szóról-szóra átírva függő pecsétje alatt adta ki a keresztes egyház részére. - Méltóságsor: Honorabilibus viris dominis Nicolao Bodo electo, Emerico cantore, Nicolao Barius custode, Stephano de Nezmel et Georgio de Zador decanis ecclesie nostre existentibus.
