Lajos királynak, hogy miután az 1519. július 25-i parancsára Nyitra megyében megtartott tanúvallatás a mandátumban foglalt panaszt igazolta, a hatalmaskodó Chwz-i Menyhértet birtokából, a Nyitra megyei WECHEHE possessióból törvénybe idézték, a turóci prépostság ellenében.
