A keltezés hibás, Budae - in festo Viti et Mod. II. Ulászló király meghagyja a sági konvetnek, hogy a mandátumban foglalt terminuson mindazt a privilégiumot mutassa be, melynek alapján jogot formál a bányavárosoktól: Körmöcbányától, Ujbányától stb. a vámszedésre.
