Vienne. fer. sexta a. Margarete. Sarkan Ambrus levele Bathor-i István nádorhoz. Leveléből értesült, hogy háromfajta betegség is kínozza. Ajánlja neki Hailbel-i János gráci doktort, akinél ő kiválóbbat nem ismert és aki Lőrinc herceget és mást is gyógyított már. Kéri, küldjön érte minél előbb kocsit, a doktor hajlandó őt kúrálni és gyógyítani. Megírja az útirányt is Grázba. Eredeti, papír, missilis.
